Visitors are always welcome! The staff at Desenco would be proud to give you a tour of our modern climate controlled 25,000 square foot facility for the design and build of tooling for the rubber industry. We encourage prospective customers to meet our friendly employees, inspect our plant, checkout our dedicated qualilty control procedures and rubber mold design capabilities.

Desenco is proud to have received Parker Hannifin lifetime Strategic Supplier Contracts with Parker Powertrain in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2003 and again with Parker Composite Sealing Systems in San Diego, California in 2005. In 2013 we were honered to receive a contract from Parker Engineered Seals Division in Syracuse Indiana.

Since 1976 Desenco has provided rubber mold design and engineering assistance to the Rubber Industry on its most complex rubber projects. Many years of experience are available to assist you in the construction of quality rubber mold designs for your products. We can work to your design or provide complete engineering assistance through the use of Solidworks and AutoCad design software. At Desenco we adhere to exact mold design specifications, where quality is always our first consideration.

We realize that a poor rubber mold repeats its errors with each press cycle, putting your reputation, as well as ours, at stake with every cycle of the press.

Our expertise goes far beyond the design and construction of premium quality rubber molds. Our staff has had many years of experience in rubber plant management, rubber production control, rubber process engineering, and research and development in the rubber molding industry. This experience permits us to be more than "just a mold shop" giving us insight into your manufacturing problems and precision rubber mold requirements.
